Does Christmas push your buttons, stir your emotions, reopen old wounds, or prompt tears? Does it remind you of the things or the people you don’t have in your life, or the things or people you have lost?
You are not alone. Christmas does that to me too.
So how can we help ourselves at this time of year? How can we be extra kind to ourselves? How can we take extra good care of ourselves?
